Seattle\u2019s Hispanic and Latino population continues to grow. From 2000 to 2022, the number of Hispanic residents in Seattle grew 173%. Try a cup of joe at <a href=\"https:\/\/fulcrumcoffee.com\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/fulcrumcoffee.com\/\">Fulcrum Coffee Roasters<\/a> in SoDo.
