{"id":5051161,"date":"2021-04-13T00:11:47","date_gmt":"2021-04-13T00:11:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/malatinonews.com\/?p=5051161"},"modified":"2021-04-13T00:11:47","modified_gmt":"2021-04-13T00:11:47","slug":"luis-espinoza-to-launch-new-englands-first-latino-owned-brewery-coming","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/latinonewsnetwork.com\/maln\/2021\/04\/13\/luis-espinoza-to-launch-new-englands-first-latino-owned-brewery-coming\/","title":{"rendered":"Luis Espinoza to launch New England\u2019s first Latino-owned brewery"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For Luis Espinoza, a passion for brewing began with baking. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u2019Lucio was the family bakery in his native Peru where they had a production center and three locations. \u201cMaking bread is not that different from brewing beer\u201d, Espinoza remembers. \u201cWhen I explained the brewing process to my dad, he told me, \u201cAhora haces pan liquido.\u201d Now, you make liquid bread.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The professional chef began to brew over ten years ago in Boston. I hope, with this brewery, I can give opportunities to others.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI could not, would not, open a brewery if not for Luis Espinoza, says Panzer of his partner. \u201cThe guy is an amazing chef, caring father, and his love for brewing is contagious.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Roundhead\u2019s<a href=\"https:\/\/roundheadbrewing.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> website<\/a>, Great beer is the starting point for our mission: Bringing people together in our neighborhood taproom. Hyde Park is a diverse community, and we could think of no better place for New England\u2019s first Latino-owned brewery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to opening the brewery and taproom later this year, Espinoza and Panzer are exploring  getting Roundhead Brewing beer on retail shelves.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For Luis Espinoza, a passion for brewing began with baking.
