However, she added that residents\u2019 lack of access to technology and internet access has been a concern, particularly for communities of color and economically-disadvantaged communities. With such considerations in mind, MCAD continues to receive complaints over the phone and by regular mail.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resources mentioned in the
