Lively music fills the air along with smells of fresh Puerto Rican coffee and delightful sandwiches from the grill.<br \/>\nOwned by brothers and Holyoke natives Gilberto and Juan Montano, Fiesta Caf\u00e9 is a dream come true. Their goal was to open a family-run and family-oriented business.<br \/>\n&#8220;We wanted to make Fiesta Caf\u00e9 a family business,&#8221; Juan Montano says. &#8220;My mom is cooking, my brother is serving (and) our family is bringing other families together.&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8220;My whole family is from Holyoke, and, for me to be able to give jobs to nieces and nephews is big,&#8221; Gilberto Montano added. &#8220;To be able to mentor them and give them a hands-on opportunity as to how a business works is so important. Our caf\u00e9 is keeping our culture alive.&#8221;<br \/>\nThe Fiesta Caf\u00e9 is open weekdays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and weekends from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Their menu includes fresh breakfast and lunch, and they are now open for dinner and just obtained their liquor license.<\/p>\n<div id=\"asset-19727908\" class=\"entry_widget_large entry_widget_left\">\n The Fiesta Caf\u00e9\u00a0displays its fresh ingredients for their fine menu breakfast, lunch and dinner items.
