For the second year in a row, &#8220;Latinos On Fast Track&#8221; is holding the <span style=\"color: #0066cc\">Code as a Second Language<\/span> initiative to give Latino students, communities and entrepreneurs the tools their students need to enter the tech industry.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"img_full\">&amp;amp;amp;lt;img class=&#8221;img-responsive img_inline&#8221;
