The&nbsp;Pew Research Center <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pewsocialtrends.org\/essay\/an-early-look-at-the-2020-electorate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reports<\/a>&nbsp;Hispanics will be the largest racial or ethnic minority group in the electorate, accounting for just over 13% of eligible voters \u2013 slightly more than blacks (32 million vs. 30 million).<br \/>\nThere was a significant jump in Hispanic voters&nbsp;in the 2018 midterm election,&nbsp;helping Democrats regain control of the U.S. House of Representatives.&nbsp;In Connecticut, it\u2019s much more difficult to pinpoint Latino voting participation, <a href=\"https:\/\/ctmirror.org\/2018\/11\/23\/ct-latinos-voter-turnout-signals-new-political-engagement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reports <\/a>Ana Radelat, The Connecticut Mirror .&nbsp;But an analysis by the Connecticut Mirror&nbsp;determined that cities and towns in the state where Latinos make up 25% or more of the population all experienced a significant increase in voter turnout.<br \/>\nA record number of Hispanic voters traditionally has meant great news for the Democrats, but not so fast, reports Matt Lavietes, CNBC:&nbsp;<a
